The SWIFT-TT (Swift Twin Track) is a high-output detergent soap wrapping machine built on a slow-speed, high-production concept, wrapping 240 to 300 soaps per minute. PLC-based control with a Human Machine Interface, infinitely variable AC-drive speed control and two-way automatic print registration keep wrapping accurate, while an integrated automatic product infeed through a Divider Unit and reduced changeover time keep the line productive. Built from high-precision components, it is a robust, user-friendly machine engineered for continuous detergent-soap production.
