Rapid Prototyping & Short-Run Parts

From CAD to a part in hand. We print functional prototypes and low-volume production parts for engineers, manufacturers, and product teams — backed by a working machine-building shop, not a hobby printer.

FIG 01 · ADDITIVE BUILD · LAYER-BY-LAYER

We turn a model into a part.

The same R&D shop that builds our special-purpose machines runs a bank of printers for prototyping and custom, low-volume, non‑load‑bearing parts. Now we run them for you too.

What we offer

Three ways we put parts in your hands

Functional prototypes

Test fit, form, and function before you commit to tooling. Hold the part, mount it, load it — and find the problems on a print, not a production run.

Short-run production parts

Jigs, fixtures, enclosures, and end-use components where injection moulding doesn’t justify the cost. Parts in tens, not thousands.

Design-for-print review

We flag what won’t survive the load, the orientation that actually works, and the cheaper material that does the same job — before we hit print.

Capabilities

The honest spec sheet

Real numbers beat vague claims — here’s exactly what we run. Other materials and tighter tolerances on request.

The shop

A working print bank

Our parts come off equipment from world-class 3D-printing manufacturers — a multi-machine bank we’ve run commercially for our own production for years.

World-class hardware

Our parts come off printers from leading global 3D-printing manufacturers — chosen for reliability and repeatable output, not bargain-bin specs.

Real shop capacity

A multi-machine print bank running in parallel — so your job isn’t stuck behind a single printer, and batches actually move.

5–6 years, commercial

Battle-tested printing our own production and machine parts for over half a decade — this is shop equipment, not a weekend hobby.

Who it’s for

Built for people who need parts, fast

Product developers validating a design, manufacturers needing fixtures and tooling aids, R&D teams iterating fast, and businesses needing parts in tens, not thousands.

How it works
  1. 01

    Send your file

A STEP or STL file — over WhatsApp or email.

  2. 02

    We quote

Material, cost, and an estimated timeline. No published rate card — every job is quoted on its own.

  3. 03

    We print & finish

On approval, we print and handle post-processing.

  4. 04

    Collect or ship

Pick up locally in Mohali, or we ship across India.

First step No file yet? We’ll design it. From a sketch or a sample to a production-ready SolidWorks model & AutoCAD drawings — then straight to print.
Why MOI

Engineering judgment, not just a print queue

We build special-purpose industrial machines. The same engineering judgment that goes into our machines goes into your part — material selection, print orientation, and manufacturability advice you won’t get from a print-only bureau.

Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees — internal production takes priority. Parts are supplied for the use you specify; we don’t accept liability for the end-use of printed parts, especially load-bearing applications. Your files are kept confidential.
