Overview
Flopack (FLOWPACK-180) is an on-edge horizontal flow-wrapping machine with an integrated automatic feeding system, producing up to 180 packs per minute depending on packet size. Servo-driven index conveyors and product pushers position each item before a double cutter mechanism and positive wrapper feed form a sealed film pack around it. PID temperature control through the PLC and continuously adjustable speed via a variable frequency drive keep sealing consistent across a wide range of small to medium products.
