Overview
The FW 200S is a 4-axis servo-based horizontal flow wrap machine that delivers packed product at speeds of up to 200 packets per minute. It handles BOPP, PE and other sealable laminates with a maximum wrapper cut-off length of 395 mm, wrapping products from 60 to 180 mm long. Servo-driven wrapper pull gives accurate print registration and cut-length setting through a menu-based HMI, while correct product positioning before packing avoids edge damage. It brings flow wrapping capability to facilities that need both overwrapping and flow wrapping on the same production floor.

How It Works

Spaced products are fed on a conveyor into the machine.

Film is drawn over a forming box that wraps it into a continuous tube around the product stream.
