Overview
The CM-60 Glue Cartoning Machine is built for users who demand a quality pack with low wastage. It packs 10 cigarette packets — in either Hinge-Lid (HLP) or soft-pack format — into pre-cut cartons or kraft paper. Packets are fed to a link-up conveyor online or manually; a suction-assisted extractor draws each carton from the magazine while a gum applicator lays glue on the side tucker, then synchronized top and bottom folders form the pack with continuous packet-push sealing. Output is 30 to 40 bundles per minute depending on bundle size.
