COPAR Collating & Parceling/Bundling Machine
Collates, wraps, and bundles — 15 distribution-ready packages per minute.

Overview
The COPAR is a fully automatic over-wrapping machine with two modules — a Collator that gathers individual packets into a two- or three-dimensional configuration, and a Parcellor that cuts paper or BOPP film to length and over-wraps the collation, performing the side folds and sealing on three sides. It produces 15 distribution-ready bundles per minute, handling bundle dimensions from 160 × 70 × 40 mm up to 410 × 180 × 100 mm — flexible enough for everything from cigarette carton bundles to soap multipacks. At just 1.5 kW maximum power, it completes your production line without adding significant energy overhead.

Runs on maximum 1.5 kW, completing your production line without adding significant energy overhead
Field-proven construction built for reliable bundling across tobacco, FMCG, and industrial packaging environments
This Machine Is for You If...
You need high-speed product bundling for distribution for General Industrial production
You're upgrading from manual processes to automated collating and parceling
You need a machine that delivers collates
How It Works
- 1
Incoming packs are accumulated and arranged into the defined bundle count and pattern.
- 2
The collated group is moved into the wrapping station.
- 3
Paper or film is drawn around the bundle.
- 4
The wrap is closed and sealed — folded and sealed like a parcel, or heat-sealed for film.
- 5
The finished bundle is discharged for palletizing and distribution.
The COPAR is an end-of-line collating and parcel-bundling machine — it groups finished packs into a single distribution bundle, the last automated step before palletizing, cutting handling and packaging cost.
Frequently Asked Questions
Where does it sit in the line?
After cartoning or overwrapping (or after strip/pouch packing), immediately before palletizing — it is end-of-line.
Paper or film?
Both are used in this machine class; “COPAR” (collate-and-parcel) implies a folded-and-sealed parcel wrap. Confirm the wrap options with MOI.
What bundle counts can it run?
Bundle matrix and count are configured via change parts; request the configurable range from MOI.
